Thank you for visiting our site!
My Scrapbooking was started by my desire
to stay home with our three children and my enjoyment of scrapbooking.
I hope that by offering kits and other fun and exciting page enhancing items
we can make your scrapbooking as enjoyable an experience as "My
Scrapbooking."
SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to get orders shipped within
two days of receiving them. However, large orders of die cuts (200+)
may take an additional day or two. Our shopping cart is not attached
to a real time inventory system, thus we may not have enough quantities to
fill orders completely. In the event of incomplete orders, we may
backorder some items if we expect to receive them within two weeks, or
refund the missing items. Shipping is free for all orders $50.00 or
higher in the US. Orders under $50.00 shipping is just $2.95 for the entire
order! Orders ship from Washington via the US Postal Service. Based on
the weight of the order, your item will be shipped First Class Mail, Parcel
Post, or Priority Mail (available via upgrade). We take great care in
your purchase but can not be held liable for damage caused by the carrier.
We offer optional shipping insurance for all orders at a rate of $1.65.
As we are PayPal verified, orders made through our shopping cart to a PayPal
confirmed address are covered by their buyer protection plan. Please
see their site for more information on that plan.
International
Orders: Shipping costs for international orders (outside of
the United States) vary by country. International shipping costs will
be calculated in the shopping cart based on value of the order.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with the
products you receive. Please inspect your products upon arrival to
check for damage, or shortages. Product shortages or damages must be
reported within 7 days of receipt or the order will be deemed complete.
If you would like to return an item to us, please email us at
support@myscrapbooking.com
within 10 days from receiving your shipment. Let us know what you
would like to return and what (if anything) is wrong with it. We
will be in touch within 2 business days to resolve the situation. If
you have decided that the item is not what you wanted, it will be your
responsibility to return the item within 15 days for an exchange.
Returned items that are not defective
are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
* If your return takes your total order
value below the qualification for free shipping, our standard $2.95 shipping
charge will be deducted from your refund.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Paper: Due to the high
shipping cost of paper.
Paper Die Cuts and Punches: Because
they are made to order at the time of order. |

SECURITY POLICY
All orders are processed through a
secure PayPal shopping cart. As PayPal's primary business is providing
a safe and secure place for your online payments, I hope you feel as
comfortable as I do in using their services. If you are uncomfortable
about online payments, you may print the Mail In
Order form or do a screen print of your online shopping cart and send it
along with a check or money order to the address on the order form.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us.
We may use information gathered to notify you about updates to our web site,
new products, and specials. If you do not wish to receive such notices
please indicate so in the comment section of your order or send e-mail to
support@myscrapbooking.com.
We do not share our customer list with anyone. Information collected
during your shopping cart checkout by PayPal is governed by PayPal's privacy

Sales Tax
Residents of the state of Washington are
subject to an 8.8% sales tax. No tax will be charged for orders
shipped outside the State of Washington.
