Gelly Roll Pens

This incredible
gel ink pen writes, and then dries to a 3-dimensional, opaque, matte,
pastel color line! Soufflé is different in that the end result can be
seen on dark surfaces as well as light backgrounds. Although Soufflé
works with paper and cards, for best results, use on non-porous surfaces
such as plastics, coated papers, acetate, vellums, and glass. The
delicate, raised line requires only a few minutes to dry, but the
results are eye-catching, and fun. No need to shake, pump or squeeze –
just write slowly to let ample ink flow from the tip, let the ink dry
completely, and you have a raised embossed ink effect.
